I bought the "X" wrangler with Freedom top and have no regrets.
As for the warranty $1,500 gets you a 7 year 70K bumper to bumper including every componet except brake pads, clutch plate, muffler and headlight bulbs.Includes free oil changes and inspection at the dealer for 5 years so not a bad deal.
This was on the 07, the 08 have a limited lifetime drivetrain.I've already had a cracked windshiled and weepy rear glass seal replaced under warranty.
I paid $16,500 for last years model "X" instead of the 30K they're asking for the 08 Rubi.
So far only mod I've done is install an Old Man Emu 3" lift and nitro shocks.
