On this link on page SA-46 is what some people call a "half-shaft. Toyota calls them a "Front Drive Shaft". It is the front axles that go from the diff to each wheel. They have a CV type joint on each side and if you wheel IFS you should carry one or two. They are the same for both the PS and DS. They are the weakest link in an IFS front end.
