You can watch the floor lever flopping around, and there are rub marks where the transfer case has struck the cab. That is very indicative of worn out drivetrain mounts. They may well appear fine to look at them, but from your description they clearly are allowing too much motion. The transmission mount does little to control torque, that's the job of the engine mounts.
Clanking going between reverse and forward gears is not uncommon in really any vehicle as slack is taken up in the driveline. The ring and pinion gear of the differential give the most play.

Well when they were checking the motor mounts they had me power brake and watched the motor move. 4 guys stood over it and all said it was fine, they may appear fine but imho could be weak.

You talk about wheeling, rub marks on the body, messed up shifter linkage adjustment, and a wiggle on take off...
When I first did my bodylift/drivetrain lift and the first section of the rear shaft was no longer in line with the transmission output, I had a "wiggle" type vibe on take off. That was why I later changed the drivetrain lift to 2" at the motor mounts and 1" at the tranny mount, which broght the whole drivetrain back in line up to the driveshaft carrier bearing. This eliminated that vibe.
If your tranny crossmember has been pushed up, you could have a similar problem- the first section of rear shaft out of alignment with the tranny. That could also explain why the shifter linkage adjustment changed. Try taking some careful angle measurements from the face of the tranny output flange and compare it to the first section of driveshaft. They should be at 90 degrees to each other.

Ill do so Erik. I didnt wheel hard and def didnt push the tranny x-member up. What I did do was slightly bent the lip of it. The rub mark could have been caused by the driveshaft shop pushing my transfercase/trans up when they removed the d/s to balance it (coulda used a tranny jack. its very slight.
What I did have was a bad carrier bearing too, it had way to much slack.

What those four guys were probably watching for was a broken motor mount, and the resulting leaping of the engine. Downright fun to watch, and most startling. Nothing you've described sounds like a broken motormount.
That's very different from excessive motion from a sloppy/worn/weak/etc motormounts and or transmission mount(s). Excessive motion is much more difficult to quantify, as there are no specific values for acceptable motion and rocking.
Usually, but not always, a motormount and transmission mount will work acceptably even when worn and sloppy. But not always. The odd one does allow too much motion, letting things like the exhaust bump up against a frame rail and such.

well the next step is motor mounts if the tranny mount doesnt cure it.
Im basically trying to take itstep by step so I dont wind up spending tons of money like I already did.

You may want to make sure your bell housing bolts aren't loose and check to see if one of your rear axles are bent. Ive seen both of these cause your symptoms.

Will do, thank you Vulcen
How do I check if the axle is bent-other than if its a very obvious bend.

You have to pull the axle out of the tube and check it somehow. I used a drywall square. There is a max. runout spec in the book, but, since it was bad enough for me to see just by eyeballing it, i did not bother to set that up and measure.
You might remember my post about bent axles - I still never figured out why this happens. It must not be a "rare" thing since one of the junkyard axles I looked at was bent too.

Check the axle shafts, there fine. So put in the tranny mount, vibe got slightly less. Gonna do motor mounts and if that dont fix it im bringing it to my old mechanic and leaving it there till he figures it out.
Reason its not getting done to quickly is I only pay for parts and have a real mechanic at my shop help me install it afterhours. Not payinglabor has saved me tons on other stuff so.
