Getting the Wheeling Fever

yeah at highway speeds i can feel the vibrations in my gas pedal. Im sure i can do it no problem but i hear that you have to be careful to get the cone washers out. whats the best way to get these out?

V6 pickup 4x4, 385,000 miles and still ticking
