See link below. Seems like a lot of people are having this problem just in the past few weeks. Once you get that nut off it'll be bout 1 hour per axle. It is typical threaded - counter-clockwise to get it off. Take the wheel and all off first, put the wheel back on w/2 lug nuts and let it sit on the ground, then use a breaker bar to get that nut off. It shouldn't be that tight.

Also, if you don't have the crimper that clamps the boots it costs ~$30. Or just use zip ties like Chrysler does now. Using the wrong tool to crimp the clamp results in failure as one of my co-workers now knows. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
