Need a Spot

I'm in the process of restoring a 1981 CJ 5. I did a spring over axle swap and I have a problem with the tie rod from the pitman arm hitting the leaf spring when turning to the right. Will I need a high steer kit? I'm using 2 1/2" Skyjacker springs with a dropped pitman arm and a Dana 30 front axle. I know someone has run into this problem. I'm just wondering what their solution was. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
