Definatly trim your bump stops it make the ride much better.

If the OME springs are made out larger diameter metal than stock springs, it won't fit that great. I have some Ironman Springs and they were a lot thicker than stock springs, I trimed the spacers so the springs would fit. One slid off so I need to do some more trimming. Let us know about the OME springs.

Also the top spring perch on the frame is a tight fit in the spacers, but once I let the weight of the truck down on the springs the spacers pressed right into place.
