Haven't seen this one yet:
Flip the truck on its side and drag it out.

Assuming the tires were oversized - necessitating the 2" lift.... and airing down would make the tires bulge too much to clear the door width, the only sensible thing to do would be to unwind the front torsion bars and install compressors on the rear springs.
Or, if that's too much work, you could install a set of standard tires, drive out and swap tires again.
Or, if you wanted to save some money on the second set of tires, you could put a jack under both differentials, remove all wheels/tires, lower both jacks..... and roll the truck out on the jacks.

Or remove body from the truck. Roll out the chassis. Carry out the body. Then bolt the body back on.
I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

Spend next several years acquiring grants, looking for investors, hiring scientists, doing research, gaining political capital, giving lectures, doing more research, and eventually manufacturing a teleportation device to instantly break down the truck at the sub-atomic level, transporting it outside, and reconstituting it in the driveway.
Or you could just climb in behind the wheel, start the engine, put it in gear, and go for broke.

Freakin' hilarious suggestions guys, thanks. Would have been more enjoyable if I hadn't snorted diet Pepsi out my nose while reading them. Kudos to the Capn for getting it in 26 minutes. Or you could just climb in behind the wheel, start the engine, put it in gear, and go for broke. Turns out his last suggestion was the best. Apparently my garage floor has an unnoticable slope--I can actually get out fully aired with about 1/16 clearance. Cut a new door out the backside of the garage. Then go wheeling in the back yard. Drive out thru your neighbors yard to the street.

No fair at all..... we assumed this to be true: Enough that I couldn't drive it out! So were you lying then.... or are you lying now? Or did you actually believe your lying eyes? Either way, we can't solve a puzzle based on false premises. Some professor you'd make. Frank

Line rear of truck with new tarp (no holy tarps) and fill with water. Use board across console gap in front seats. Pray for front seat back latches...
Remove trim board under garage header.
Enlist all friends over 200lbs (I got 7 on there for long enough) to stand on front bumper.
Air down and scrub out the single garage door, leaving only minor rubber burns on the side frames of the door, and the door roller tracks almost still straight.
Don't ask how I know...
Not responsible for advice not taken...
