Getting the Wheeling Fever

Can anyone tell me the fittings and fitting sizes I need to replace my stock lines with a single stainless line? I have a 93 3.2 rodeo. Thanks.

93 Rodeo 3.2L, 3" body lift, 3" Indy4x lift on 33's, flowmaster50, stainless brakes and clutch lines,
