Getting the Wheeling Fever

I just bought this rig and power washed everything to check for leaks. The only one I found is on the top of the steering box, and I have never messed with power steering at all. I checked the bolt on the top because it looks like the fluid is coming from it, but the bolt is tight.

Vehicle should show up in sig.

1989 Raider 3.0 5 speed 225K Possible rebuild about 30k ago, no proof.
