Mine WAS blinking when I first got my car

I found this website very helpful in fixing the problem, my faulty part was the solenoids one was bad.

and as a temporary fix to the blinking light I re-arranged the vacuum lines "some how" I don't remember exactly, to only send vacuum to the front diff. in this case I cant engage 4X4 by any how other that replacing the right lines to their origenal positions.

anyway my blinking issue stoped after I replaced the two soleniod valves
