Hi all, starting an off-shoot thread to see if I can get some help working out my wiring woes. For those that haven't kept up to speed, I'm transplanting a '95 Bighorn 4JG2 and A/T into my '91 Trooper. Everything is in, but I'm struggling with the wiring for the Auto Trans (4L30-E).

Where I'm at is:
I have 3 plugs on my transmission that lead to various components on the tranny (selector switch, vss, etc).
I have 4 plugs that lead to various components on the Engine (glow plugs, alt, oil sensors, etc).
Lastly, I have the PCM/TCM that is the brain for the transmission.

The wires that go directly between the components and the PCM/TCM are easy. The tough ones are the wires that lead from the PCM to who knows where. I'm stuck identifying where those wires go, as well as the unknown wires from the engine and transmission connectors. My hope is that someone here has enough experience to help me make sense of this (Alternately, does anyone have a manual transmission that will mount to my 4JG2 smile

Below I have a spread sheet and 8 text files with my mapping of the wires I have. The text files are the same as the 8 tabs in the spread sheet. The PCM is my biggest concern at this point, '??' indicates the wires I don't know what to do with. Is there anyone that can help out?

PAUL ARE YOU CERTAIN THAT THE TRANS IS A 4L30 GM, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL THE DSL CAME WITH THE AISAN WARNER, FROM THE PIXS I HAVE SEEN THAT IS AN AISAN TRANS, AND IS ABOUT AS BULLET PROOF AS THEY COME, A LITTLE MORE WORK INVLOVED WITH THE WIRING , BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT , THE 4L30 HAS ONE SMALL OIL PAN AT THE FRT OF THE TRANS AND A LARGE FLAT PAN ON THE MAIN BODY, THE AISAN HAS A VERY LARGE FRT PAN AND A SMALL SQUARE LOOKING PAN AT THE REAR UNLESS IT HAPPENS TO HAVE THE MANUAL TRANS FER TYP CASE LIKE THE MANUAL TRANNYS JERRY
