The only difference would be the resistance. Check the resistance across the terminals with an Ohm meter, they will be either high(10-16 ohm) or low(1.7-3 ohm). You need to keep the injector resistance to match what ever resistance came with the ECU. If your 94 had high resistance injectors then you need to keep high resistance injectors on that ECU or you may damage it, Same applies to low resistance. The flow rates should be the same but there was a point where Toyota changed the resistance values for the injectors.
