I'm in the same boat as you, here is a bit more info.

stock alloy's (at least on a '94 SR) 15 x 7 +12mm offset
lug pattern - 6 lugs x 5.5" or 6 x 139.7mm
Maybe someone can chime in on the hub centric/lug centric thing. I'm pretty sure these are hub centric vehicles, but can you put lug centric wheels on? (I'm hijacking your thread but it's the same topic!)I already know GM and toyota has the same pattern.
I found some used tacoma steelies for 40 bucks each, if they have the right offset I can put those on I hope.

Oh, back to the Cragars, I'm pretty sure the B.S. of 4" (zero offset right?) makes them a perfect fit but pretty sure doesn't really cut it.
