im pretty sure the hood scoop for the 4M40 is in the wrong position for our intercooler...they look a bit different with my eye. the factory ducting in the hood seems to flow air pretty good along with the fan mounted on the bottom of the intercooler. after a highway drive, get out and pop the hood and feel the 2 intercooler hoses...you will notice a HUGE difference in the temperature of the hoses. so that tells you right there that it is working!!!
