But they shipped me one A-148 compound that had been run and one A-250 that hadn't been. Then they got snotty and refused to refund, especially since one had "Been installed and run." That degenerated into "You are trying to cheat us" and then it became "Is this going to be a hassle, man?"

Finally I got hung up on and even mail returned.

The company was run by a woman at the time.

I wrote "ATTN" and her name on it in big letters, plus I put racing stickers on it too. Even insured it, that cost me about $6 for $900 insurance if I remember right.

It really was a nice big pretty looking box, wood framed and kinda heavy. Yep, lots of money, more than a week's pay for me at the time.
