Suggestion: being that everyone is going in hundred different directions in the evenings and generally are trying to spend time with those that might not have participated in the trail runs why not have the "what trail we are going to run meeting" in the mornings, the extra advantage to that is if everyone is at the meeting nobody should be late for departure as well as you will get a true count of who is going and probably be able to make a better decision as to whether or not multiple trail selections are needed. Just a thought
