8am works for me. ill try to get a strap too.

the only fred meyer i know about down there is off 217. real easy to get to and common meeting place. google tells me theres another 1 on walker and 158th.

i dont know what works for you guys but IMO 217 is the better place to meet at.

is jay in hillsboro? maybe meet at sonics off S. cornelius pass rd and butler?

i dont know where browns camp is but if its west of hillsboro it may make it easier to meet there so nobody has to backtrack too far?

Yes. I'm just trying to figure out if 8:00 AM works for me. Worst case I might have to somehow catch up with you guys.

Another possible place to meet is Shell gas station on Hwy 6 before you start to climb (has a sign that next gas station is 39 miles ahead). Last gas station before Tillamook. Can't miss it. I presume we going to travel on Hwy 6. I've seen signage for Browns camp further west.

So do we meet at Shell? or Fred Meyer. I've got spare CB radio and antenna I can bring for better communications if any one needs one. Let me know. Actually I have 3 of them but only 2 magnetic antennas (one got destroyed in rollover). Oh and I got two hand-held ones as well (those are rather worthless for out of visible range).
