Need a Spot

Hello. Does anyone know how you would go about adjusting the window latch on a 1st Gen Trooper wing window? Right now, I have a nickel between the latch and post to keep it tight when closed, as there is that much slop in the latch. Also how do you adjust the wing window tension so that it stays open when going down the road? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
