Alright so my 93 T100 has the 3.0 in it, I would have posted this on the T100 page, but it's really slow over there... So my questions are:

1. Valve cover gaskets are leaking in the back, do I have to grind down the little metal sleeves on the covers before replacing the gaskets? Any other tips while doing it?

2. The motor has 125K on it and I have no idea if the timing belt was ever done.. It sounds like the tensioner arm or one the other pulley bearings are going out/making lots of noise. I got my stethoscope out and couldn't find it though. Should I replace the tensioner while I'm in there as well?

3. Am I missing anything to replace while I got it torn down?
