Budbuilt makes one that's worked well for me thus far. I'd recommend the weld-on unit if you can get someone to put the tabs on your axle. Folks have complained about leakage around the studs he sends you if you use the bolt-on horse collar, but I found Indian Head Gasket Shellac has kept all the fluid inside the diff where it belongs.
