If you want to control axle wrap, do it with a traction bar. That is the only sure way to control it.

That said, I don't see anything significant going on in that video axle-wrap wise. I don't see anything wrong with your springs either. I think throwing a bunch of money into springs is going to be a waste and isn't likely solve your problem...
