No brake drag, its impossible b/c I have replaced every part of the brake system front and rear. I did have some drag with the bad axleshaft, it wouldnt release properly. Stop hard and hit the gas and oyu felt that side (pass) unlock I must note that in the last year I have barely driven the truck due to the vibration issue.

But yea, all new pads, shoes, rotors, drums, calipers, adjusters are good and cleaned and lubed if needed, rear wheel cylinders are brand new. The front rotors were shot, the calipers were replaced 2x now (from sitting they locked up? or maybe the drag caused them I dunno), the rear wheel cylinders were shot, drums were out of round and shoes I replaced 2x just ot be sure. All the rear adjusters function perfectly.

I think the only vibration I have maybe the tires/rims only. There isnt much else left besides some kinda bent output shaft or something. Like I said, the stinking tires will not balance on the rims, I tried 3x myself with help, and 3x at 3 different shops, no one could get them perfect, close but not perfect. My friend is coming down soon, were gonna swap and see. We swapped 6 months ago but my axleshaft was still bad.

If all I have left is the vibe on take off then fine, ill deal with it. If your heavy on the gas on take off from a dead stop it occurs, the only way I can describe it is it almost jumps around somewhere in the drivetrain.

I guess easiest way to relate it is this: if you have ever handled a jackhammer or tamper it moves with the same kinda feeling and motion I get. The t-case lever moves around a bit-back and forth and up and down, you can physically see it do this, imho it moves to much-it should move it I know. I may have to take a video. the tranny mount was no good, but I replaced it. Does the t-case have a mount?

Only other idea is I got stuck on a stump way back when, the tranny/transfercase skid/collar was slightly bent on the lower lip. The whole thing looks way to beeft to have been bent, but the little lip on the bottom edge is bent.

Finally the only other thing I can thinks of is the LSPV. Whenever I bleed (and believe me I bled the brakes like 20x now thinking it was a brake issue with the drag) the thing just doesnt put out much fluid and what it does put out always has bubbles. I get some, but not like out of the rest of the system. Replacing it isnt hard, rebuilding it I dunno. I may tackle this next after I get/and or swap tires to see.

Body Damage is Cool
Since you're already mounted a video camera under the truck once, you might want to consider doing it again. This time pointed at the driveshaft center bearing.

Well i drove it around a bit the last week or so.

Still the slight vibe, but i think its the tires/rims only b/c the annoying take off vibe is near gone (to say I dunno wtf it feels and acts like b/c its been screwed up for such a long time).

At speed little vibe, but the tires again..

So when I can get the cash to buy 5 new 265s ill see. But now i can live with it.. Now I just need a new pass fender, spring pack add a leafs, and some swaybar endlinks up front.
Took a year but its been fixed..
