So there is no way around not getting the new bearing casing and a newer axle really?

Although 1st toyota parts lists a t100 axle shaft, im willing to bet now that I think about it, that its the updated tundra shaft.

I wish this job wasnt such an annoyance. I honestly just dont have the freetime to do it now that you explained it more since I work very long hours. I think ill bite the bullet, get all the parts and call it a day. My boss at the shop said I could get everything needed for about 400 a side.

I would go by way of the salvage yard but i checked on returns. They wont take it back even if it is bent period, they also want more for a used bearing casing than online or the dealer and the axleshaft they said would be 150..for 100 more i can get a new one..

phooey..
