In my mind, people should use good reasoning when dealing with neighbors. Not a bunch of hidden agenda's or small print, you can't do this and we need revenues, here's your fine. Now pay up and while your at it, fix that to our standards, type of BS!
Been there and have gone through it. 90% of us work for a living and are not home all day. While those blue hairs struggle to walk around and try to sneak-a-peek at what your doing jealous of what it is or whatever.
