What I did on a MC engine that I sank in water was to mix kerosene and 30 wt. oil in a 50/50 mix. Filled it up, started the engine and let it idle for about ten minutes. Drained it, cleaned the filters, and did it again. Then I filled it and ran. When I changed it after five hundred miles, there was no trace of water.

You will have to pull the pan as kewlynx stated to get all the stuff out of the pan, then do the 50/50 mix a couple of times to clean the oil galleys out. Make sure to change the filter each time.
