Eli, I doubt you'll be able to fit in the back of your SWB...I can't really see one person fitting let alone 2. not comfortably anyway.

I have always slept in the front with the seat reclined back as far as it goes. Thought about sleeping in the back but always figured it wouldn't work considering I am 6'7" almost 6'8". And even sleeping in the front is quite an adventure with my height. Sleeping in the back is a definite advantage of the LWB.

nice call on can tire <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

i didn't end up getting the one in the flyer, figure my $30 was better put towards a more permanent type solution and found a pretty big (dunno how many 'man') unit for $80 down from $130. nice part is i can stand in it, which i've always had a pet peeve about.

on another note....i laid down in the back to see what it would be like..... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> that is a joke!!!!!

Need a Spot
Yup. That's the right idea, and if you remove the front passenger seat you get plenty of spread-out room for one man. If you take out both front seats, you get a cosy space for two. ( Plus very comfy campfire chairs outside.)

Anyone have any ideas for quick-disconnect seats?

An air rachet & on-board air system & you should be able to have each seat out in about a minute.

I assume you mean height? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" /> Around here, you have to ask...

I like a hammock bivy setup, myself, being too old and too unpadded to like the ground, even with a thermarest or air mattress. Of course, this is not a two person proposition, so you have to separate the fun and sleep functions, somehow. A shorty might (will) work for the first function, but by no means easily.

I really want one of those jeep trailer popups...

You can sleep in a SWB, if you really had to. I would buy a small tent instead and sleep a little bit better. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

My Raider sleeps two in comfort. It has a bed that goes from the windshield to the rear bumper.
