You should REPACK the wheel bearings. You will clean the bearings in a solvent as part of this process. Inspect them at this point to determine if you need to get new bearings.

You can get the bearings themselves at Autozone. Just get the Timken bearings. They are the same ones the factory put in and Autozone prices beat the dealer and they are usually in stock. No need to spend this money if bearings aren't scratched. These bearings are huge, and will run 200k miles and more if they are clean and set right.

Seals where axle meets steering knuckle are no longer available. There are new parts but if you have to replace them you must get both seals (one mounts on axle and one mounts in steering knuckle - old parts dont fit into new) Just lube them with wheel bearing grease if they look OK.

To get the bearings out/in you need a new lock washer, snap ring, inner seal for hub, and gasket for the outer end of the hub.

This is also a good time to check the spindle, there is a TSB about extra play here and the fix involves updated bushing and new roller bearing. Also a good time to change rotors, and rebuild axles (boots/grease) if you need these things.
