I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. I noticed my steering wheel shakes between speeds of 40-50 mph. However, the funny thing is it comes and goes. It only does it for 10 or so seconds at a time. Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Probably a front wheel balance issue.

If you done any muddin check the inside of your rims the weight of the dryed up mud could throw off the balance untill you clean them but at that speeds its defently a balance probalem.

So you doubt its a wheel bearing wearing out.

Now that you mention that, I first noticed it after I rotated the tires on my road trip. It is probably bc the rear wheels were out of alignment before and I never noticed it. Thanks for the help.
