They are going to rub a bunch. I have 255/85R16s on 16x7s with 4.25" backspacing and they rub my gap guards. Even with 3.75" of backspacing, most people rub using 33x12.5x15s and thatÆs not a 1/2" wider than yours. If you had four inches of lift and pounded your seams flat inside the fenderwell. you'd still likely rub. It not so much going higher as it is moving things out further.
