Getting the Wheeling Fever
Thanks man I don't mean to sound like a dumba$$, but I have no idea what a third member is or how I can get any room in the case to do anything without taking the flange off. So if you have any help I would appreciate it. Only my axle seals are leaking not the seal by the flange. Thanks again for everybodies help

are somewhat mechanically inclined..it wont take but an afternoon of your time. The chipping of the slag is what draws it out. Biggest point I can make to you is clean and then clean some more to get all the oil out.

Here is a bunch of pics....you need to take the ring gear off as LR said and then you will see the 4 points to weld on the spider gears where they are circled. Hope this helps.

This piece is known as a third member. As you can see, the pinion flange is still on. To remove it you have to take out the axles, then just take off the nuts and pull it off the studs.

Body Damage is Cool
Has anyone tried to Contact Aussie Locker about an EZ Locker for the front axle? I would buy one if the price was right 300ish ballpark. They make them for the IFS on the Isuzu's. Just a thought.

An Aussie Locker is just an EZ locker. Replaces the Spider gears, not a full Carrier replacement.
