Defboy, thanks for the response...I'm wondering if my rotor is warped or what-not, because I did remove the two large philips screws, no problem from that front, but I can't even tap it off using a mallet/mini-sledge...sounds like you didn't have to do much to get it off after.

I'm wondering if I have to take a torch to the actual rotor to heat it up to be able to remove it.

This is on the driver's side...also, just to make sure, this is a 4x4 w/ the auto-locking hubs for 4WD, hope you have the same...I'm thinking the rotor/hub is different on the 4x2's, because it does look different than most, but I could be wrong. You don't have any pics for reference do you?


For now, I managed to file down the remainder of the broken lug stud and at minimum, can put a new lug nut on it to drive until I figure this one out, but if you have any more hints, more than happy to try them out.
