The clutch job is like any other vehicle. You'll need to jack it up, drain fluids, remove the driveshafts, trans-cross member, shifters, wiring connectors, drop the trans; pull the clutch assembly off the flywheel, pull the flywheel and have it turned, then reassemble with necessary new parts. Could take a weekend, could take a day depending on preparation and lift/tools. A shop would probably ding you about $1500. You can do it yourself for about $200.

The electrical issue may not be as easy.
