Body Damage is Cool
If your new master cylinder is not leaking past it's seals, then there's either still air in the lines or your rear brakes are way out of adjustment.

Did you bleed the MC of air before putting it on?

I just want to tell you both good luck, and we're all counting on you.

The FSM also talks about adjusting the pushrod between the piston and the booster. No experience myself here, but it would make sense that if it is out, there would be some sort of difference in pedal feel...?

Will, first I want to say thanks for all the great advice! The m/c was bench bleed before I put it on and again this morning. I pulled and bleedit again, install it,bleed line to the wheels. Also check rear drum adjustment. Guess what? It was fine. Again THANKS for all your wisdom!
