So I got everything torn into to fix a cv boot and I was having trouble getting the axle out so I slipped off the end CV half for more free play. I forgot to make any match marks on it per the manual am I going to be sorry now? Also every post I read it sounds like it shouldn't be hard to get the axle out with the axle where I am at but even with a jack under the A-Arm I still and not getting enough clearance to slide it out. I'm going to loosen the torsion bar tomorrow to get the angle but if there is another way.....

Thanks

I know changing these is a bit different than the early Toy IFS systems. Did you happen to read this?

On the axle, compare it to your other side to wag your match marks.

I didnt have to mess with the torsion bars.

If you jack up the a arm you should be able to move the axle off the diff. Then swing that end by the sway bar and pull it out of the steering knuckle.

I dont remember if I had to take the sway bar off for clearance reasons but I did take it off.
