Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
i just took my truck in for its biyearly inspection and i was told it would not pass inspection for emissions the guy said dont worry i can fix it i had a lot of black smoke now i have no black smoke but some greyish white smoke and if i go over 1200 rpm the truck sounds like it is going to throw the rods also no water,antifreeze or fuel in the oil and no fluids are low or leaking any ideas. could he have adjusted the injection pump and now im getting next to no fuel someone help please 2.5L in dier need of help

i took it back played 20 questions about what oils i use fuels bla bla bla and he said all he had to do to get it to stop smoking and knocking was unplug the vacume line from the egr valve that i already blocked off on the inside i think he did something and did not want to tell me but its back in good order now well got to put in my gauges and lift hoping to fit 35x10.5x15 super swamper boggers

had the same problem in mine, had to do diesel pump timing..more or less fuel is bad..engine heats, might crack the head..

WELL I TOOK IT BACK HE HAD IT OVER NIGHT HE SAID HE UNPLUGGED THE EGR VALVE BUT I BLOCKED IT OFF ALREADY SO I THINK HE DID SOMETHING ELSE JUST NOT SURE WHAT WELL ITS RUNNING GOOD NOW
