Sure there is - the 90* sits lower and the lower intake manifold would be easy to adapt to a blower even if one wasn't already available. The width is one issue, but the other is that 90* V6s usually need balance shafts where 60* V6s do not. Any serious buildup of a 3800 requires a double roller timing chain which means elimination of the balance shaft. The solution is to balance the rotating assembly, but I don't know if it gets rid of all vibration or not. I would expect it would be ok if extremely close attention was paid to weight balance, bore alignment angles and power balance - making sure that each cylinder produced equal power.

Mine has a small scoop about 2" in height for blower clearance.

The 3800 might fit without a scoop, but I suspect the oil pan would have to be highly modified.
