You should be able to get those hoses from a dealer. They are part of a recall package that added a throttle plate heater to eliminate throttle blade icing. You can by-pass them if you need to and just leave the 2 tubes open. If you need to change anything to make it work, the tubes are removable and the ports can be tapped for pipe threads:

Those brass barbs I used are not the best for automotive use, though - they tend to tear the hose on removal. If you can find the automotive type with a single smooth ridge it'll make removal easier and preserve the hose.
