Dont replace all that stuff just yet. Throwing parts is expensive and stupid.

First thing i'd check is timing. It could be off a few degrees. Make sure you jumper the correct pins on the diagnostic connector.

Also check for vacuum leaks. Then a compression check. Fuel and oil pressure checks.
