If I were you, I would think very seriously about swapping the clutch kit for one with original Toyota parts. I have changed the clutch in our 4Runner 3 times now. The first aftermarket kit caused problems within a year and the parts store gave me a whole new kit on warranty. However, I was never happy with it either and have now changed it again to a genuine Toyota set of parts. Unless you can verify in some manner that the parts are going to be better than Toyota, I would stick with original parts. Normally I don't believe it necessary to use original equipment stuff but my experience in this area leads me to believe one should.
