O.K... so making sure the vehicle is perfectly level,is the trans & transfer case perfectly level in the frame,or do they have that little pitch either way <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />?I guess get the o'l level out & see <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cyclops.gif" alt="" />.
So.. if the vehicle is hot & on any kind of hill,slope ect.for period of time it would transfer from one case to the other if the input shaft seal on the transfer case is hooped?Well... then if the tranny is getting more oil then the transfer case ,this would start pushing oil out the front seal on the tranny,or any where there's weak spot gaskets maybe?Is this correct? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />
I guess your right there fasteddy make sure the dam thing is level.
