Save the dash speakers for a CB. Otherwise, they're useless.

5 1/4" doors, as suggested, maybe 6.5" with some cutting; any size you want in the pillar behind the front seats, also with cutting, but 6.5" will fit w/ minor mods vs. 6" x 9" with some sawing.
