Getting the Wheeling Fever

I've searched the archives a bit and see consistant mention of the AMC heads as the preferred replacement. Is this head common part between the 2.3 & 2.6L? If not, are the intake and exhaust ports common - would I be able to reuse my existing Calmini header and intake manifold from my 2.3L.
