There is a JDM dealer in Vancouver who is importing Pajero windshields from Japan and selling them for 500. When I asked about them before he got them in he had quoted me 350 but I haven't followed up with it. Maybe his importing cost was higher than expected? I have been waiting to see what everybody finds out on here. It would be much more

well I cross referenced the gasket part numbers and they match between NA Montero and Japanese Pajero...so I don't know why the dealer told you they were different. I had also heard that in Japan they are designed to popout but if all the part numbers match, I just don't get it.

I am just afraid that if the windshield doesn't fit, I am out a vehicle because my glass will be out when they realize it doesn't fit. then I'll be screwed.

Have you tried to source a used montero ?

I was on my way to do that a while back but never got around to it.

holy crap that is cheap...when you say "here" where is "here"? if you checked too see how much it is to ship them, im sure we'd have a few takers and we can all split on shipping. rather then spending $500+ at these importers are mark everything up at least 50%

Did you guys ever get this sorted ? If anyone needs, I can pack a few in a parts container or load a vehicle coming over on the next shipment. Save on shipping I suppose. I'll be in Japan for the next three months or so. If you guys need anything, shoot me an email to william@jdmconnection.ca
