I never upgraded the wire per se when I upped my alt to a 200 amp because of my winch and stereo stuff , but I also put in a box so i can run a battery in the back of the truck that also charges and runs my electric fan and some other small items.I did use 4 guage for those connections which run right to the batteries.

as for you question about pics of the truck , I will have to find them , I am not sure they are all on photobucket anymore , although I did have every picture i took from before I started when I had both troopers , up to now where I have the one that I built from frame up.
