You might also want to check your rear diff breather to make sure it is not clogged up. If it is, it can let pressure build up inside the axle as it heats up and that can force oil out past the path of least resistance. I had a case once when a partially clogged breather line I added was letting pressure build and that forced oil out past the pinion seal. I rerouted the vent line so that it had no dips in it where gear oil mist could condense and pool and that cured the oil leak, once the seal was replaced (for the 2nd time).
