That is just plain old wrong allowing private contractors to patrol public or private streets. Thats like me cruising around looking for homes that are not up to code then forcing the homeowner to hire me to fix everything at top dollar......Its a racket worthy of the mob. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />
