Cochese, try these guys: Engine and Performance Warehouse Inc. 955 Decatur St. Unit D Denver, Colorado 80204 Phone Sales: 303-572-8844 or 800-888-8970 E-Mail: denver@epwi.netI know I've gotta V6, but when I rebuilt my engine, the guy that bored/honed my block bought the engine kit from these guys. I'm not sure if they just deal with shops but it would be worth a try since they are local.

Well, I just got a call from Russell at MP.N and talked him into overnighting everything. Should be here tomorrow. It's coming UPS, so knowing my route, overnight stuff gets here around afternoon time. I guess we can start tearing it down and hopefully the parts will be here after I buy some folks lunch. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

Do you think the average stormtrooper knows how to install a toilet main? All they know is killing and white uniforms.

I stopped by around 11:30 an hung around for about 45 minutes oogling Capn's Monty while Cochese and Chad were playing with their rigs. My Montero with stock suspension/lift looked like a station wagon compared to Capn's lift. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> When I left Cochese was scrappin' gasket residue from his valve cover and Chad was loosening his rear sway.

On the flip-side, however, your's was exceptionally clean (even has chrome under the hood). <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> Mine looks like a pig-pen next to your's. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.fivethirty.com/images/pigpen.gif) 'Twas a great day in my opinion, although, we didn't make any progress on Chad's spring-swap. The spring-compressor he had was both too small and too long to be able to compress those springs at all. He disconnected the swaybar, and the axle dropped some, but not enough. Attempting the unbolt the shock on that side was fruitless...the bolt on bottom was absolutely refusing to budge. Also, being an upper-Midwest truck, the bolts holding on the bump-stop snapped upon removal. Might be a clanky ride until those are drilled out. Can anyone provide any tips on swapping out coil springs? We got the fuel pump changed on Jason's Raider and new gaskets for it and the valve cover. We chose to let RTV cure before firing it up, though. Also did an oil/filter change. Next on the agenda: fine tuning and verifying fluid retension integrity (i.e., leak-status). Was a great day! Swapped all kinds of stories and I met some really fine folks. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
