I personally would not deal with TEP. Too many sad tales. And they are the pits to try to talk to.

I think you will find that a stock Starion motor is plenty bodacious, and will respond nicely to an upgrade to the factory "sport" turbo (mitsu -14 series - 450+cfm @ 15psi - enoght for 300+hp) or a 16 variant if you want to run with the Ferraris.
