Well yesterday was a mixed bag. It was great to meet and work with Joe and Jason, and to meet PVDUB. Joe's truck is truly inspiring for what I want to have. It has to be a beast offroad!

My efforts at swapping my suspension were totally unfruitful, I accomplished nothing of what I wanted, and in fact, now have more work to do to tap out the two sheared bolt holding the rear upper bump stop. But, I learned a lot about my truck, as well as the Raider/Monty 4 banger. I am going to make another attempt at the suspension this Saturday with a friend of mine who is a mechanic at the Beemer dealership in Boulder. He is confident.....meanwhile I think I will spray on some more PB Blaster!

We need to setup a trail ride for early August. Hopefully I will make it back unscathed from my trip to Crested Butte next week and have some reviews on the new suspension/tire setup.
